The Call Centre comprises a series of control posts where the operators work.

Call reception is made on the operator's own terminal.

It will indicate possible customer location (should call already be registered), should customer not have accepted it automatically.





Call Centre Functions

Call Centre: fully automated call reception and service assignation, system will handle the majority of services in the short-term, without any operator intervention, system suggests a destination to the customer, and if accepted call is not connected to the operator.

Service assignation via Web.

Follow-up system of taxi position and status.
